I've upped my smoothie intake to two/day. Bananas, oranges, apples, cucumbers, pears, peaches, berries, beets, carrots, ginger, kale...

Do you think mike uses a blender? It is pretty hard to eat 5 apples in one sitting. Stick them in the blender with some kale and cinnamon and they go down the hatch easily,

Mike won the Javelina Jundred in Arizona yesterday. Hal Koerner, who lives and trains in Ashland, won last year and couldn't quite keep up with Mike this year. Mike's time was 14 hours and change.
