Anybody interested in the Colchester half-marathon this Saturday? I'm thinking about doing it and adding an extra 7 at the end. Should be nice and hilly, and it's only 2 bucks.
the half-marathon seems to be a good tune-up race for the marathon. brian sell just won his second half-marathon in as many months, and he runs them in preparation for the olympic marathon in beijing. he admitted pushing harder in jan than feb. do you have a goal time?
Damn, if only I could. I went for a 4-mile WALK this morning and my pelvis is killing me. This 'growing a fetus' thing is really a pain in the ass ... er ... pelvis. Have fun, Dan!

Nina opted out so I think I'm going to as well and put in a lonely long run in on Sunday. Looks like snow for Sat anyway.
