The drinking. Honestly, though, I think it was my pushing it on the long-runs. All of my long-runs were 8:30-8:45 pace, whereas all of my long-runs last time were 9:00+ pace. I ran this marathon at a 9:16 pace. I ran Hartford at an 8:48 pace. I never felt comfortable on my long-runs. They were always a bitch to finish. I wasn't fully recovered for my weekly runs, but I was still pushing it on those. I'm backing off this time. Gonna do the workouts the right way. Capiche?
